Kathy has had an extensive and diverse background in the financial services sector with the Toronto Dominion Bank Financial Group and brings recognized expertise in project management, risk assessment, operational analysis, audit priniciples and business development. Her latest role with TD was as a Manager in the Commercial Banking group where she successfully led a group of senior bankers to expand TD’s market presence in the commercial business sector. Kathy is now retired. Kathy also has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the not-for-profit sector and is an active volunteer with several organizations and has many years of direct community service, including previous board experience.
